Responsibilities
*Applied to both the process and the outcome of thinking out and specifying the overall structure, logical components,
and the logical interrelationships of a computer, its operating system, a network, or other conception.
*Defines the structure and relationship among applications, including the identification of re-usable components, quality
level metrics, the organization and layering of software, and the determination of interfaces.
*Responsibilities also include developing, implementing and managing at least one cross-platform application in a large
and distributed environment, monitor the whole system, understand all interactions between components on a given
level of abstraction, as well as to define limitations and requirements for source code.
*Defines the interactions between application packages, databases and middleware systems.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience executing migrations of on-premise ITSM tools to SaaS
Proven ability to gather, consolidate, and document stakeholder requirements
Experience in assigning work to multiple resources to keep the project on track
Experience developing enterprise solutions, including application and platform architecture
Expert experience with Remedy ITSM and CMDB, 8+ years
Expert experience with Remedy ARS development, 8+ years
Expert experience with BMC DWP and Smart-IT, 5+ years
