Busy family medical office looking for a reliable and efficient RPN or Team Assist

We are a three physician-FHO located in Burlington. We are looking to hire an RPN who would also be willing to do some reception coverage. Our current staff cross cover for each other, the expectation is that the new hire would be a team player as well. Our office runs on Practice Solutions, a working knowledge of this system is an asset but not a necessity.

Duties would include:

Putting patients in examination rooms. Documenting the necessary information for the patient's appointment: vitals, weight, urine dip, completion of antenatal forms, diabetic forms Cleaning rooms after appointments. Ear flushing, wound dressing and injections, MOCA/MMSE exams. Monitoring the immunization fridge and ordering new immunizations. Reviewing charts prior to patient physicals and documenting updates/outstanding preventions. Cleaning/sterilization of procedural supplies. Monitor office/medical supplies and reordering as needed. Chart population to transition old paper charts into the EMR. Calling patients regarding follow-up plans from the physicians and providing nursing advice to appropriately triage patients. Answering the phones and booking appointments.
Current available hours will be scaled up to 15-30/week after the training period, with potential for increase especially if candidate is willing to work reception as well. Duties would be shared with another nurse (working opposite shifts) and the receptionist. It is expected that the successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, work well independently and be highly self-motivated.
