Registered Practical Nurse

is responsible for providing direct skilled client care and nurturing long-term client loyalty. Responsibilities include following or drafting the plan of care, providing treatments, and collaborating with team members to achieve positive client care outcomes.

Fosters lasting client rapport Provides direct patient care Provides accurate, detailed, and timely documentation Conducts ongoing assessments Prepares, administers, and appropriately documents actions taken specific to medications Performs all skills, treatments, and procedures competently in accordance with the provincial scope of practice Follows principles of infection control and Universal Precautions

Qualifications
