Dans cette opportunite en tant que Repartiteur, trice, vous allez :

Repondre et transferer les appels telephoniques avec efficacite et courtoisie

Transferer les appels vers les messageries vocales appropriees Prendre les messages, et les transmettre aux personnes concernees

Service a la clientele:



Etre au fait des produits et services proposes par l'entreprise Repondre aux questions elementaires des clients Proposer des informations de base sur les produits Inviter les clients a passer par le site internet de l'entreprise pour trouver des instructions plus precises

Taches administratives:



Recevoir et distribuer les faxes Verifier la boite courriel de la reception et acheminer les courriels aux personnes concernees lorsque c'est necessaire Faxer sur demande les informations relatives aux produits ou aux ateliers de formation Assister les autres departements lorsque cela est necessaire

Vous etes fait pour le role de Repartiteur, trice si votre experience professionnelle inclut :

Bilinguisme (Francais et Anglais), une partie de l'equipe et des clients etant a l'exterieur du Quebec.

Bonnes connaissances en informatique

Minimum de 1 an d'experience pertinente dans le domaine du service a la clientele Capacite a faire des calculs simples Sens des priorites et de l'organisation Capacites d'analyse Capacite a analyser des textes simples Capacite a accomplir plusieurs taches simultanement Bonnes capacites de communication Capacite a travailler en equipe Bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Word et Excel Disponibilite a travailler des heures supplementaires et les fins de semaines en saison d'impots

Atouts:



Diplome collegial/universitaire Bonne connaissance du cycle comptable et/ou experience dans un bureau comptable Diplome des cours d'impot de H&R Block Interet pour les impots ou la fiscalite Connaissance en matiere d'impots sur le revenu des societes (T2/CO-17) et/ou fiducie (T3/TP-646)

About the Role




In this opportunity as

Tax Support Agent

, you will:

Answer and transfer phone calls promptly and courteously

Transfer callers to the appropriate voicemail boxes Take messages and distribute them to the appropriate individuals

Customer Service to clients:



Be knowledgeable regarding the Company's products and services Respond to clients' basic questions Offer basic product Information as required Direct callers to the Company website for further instructions

General administrative tasks:



Receive and distribute faxes Verify general e-mail account and forward e-mails to appropriate individuals Fax product or workshop information to customers upon request Assist other departments as required

About You



Bilingualism (French and English), part of the team and clients being outside of Quebec Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role Good computer skills Ability to perform simple calculations Sense of organization and priorities Analytical Ability to analyze basic text Ability to multi-task Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Team-work oriented Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Availability to work overtime and weekends in busy tax season

Assets:



College/University degree H&R Block tax course graduate Good knowledge of the accounting cycle and/or experience in an accounting office Interest for taxation Knowledge of corporate income tax (T2/CO-17) and/or trust (T3/TP-646).
