Job Title: RPA Consultant - Automation Anywhere (French Bilingual)

Location: Remote - Canada (Preference: Toronto, ON)

Type: Contract (6-12 Months)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Automation Anywhere Consultant

with strong expertise in

RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

and

fluency in French and English

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, while collaborating with both French and English-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using

Automation Anywhere (A360 or v11)

.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and analyze automation opportunities.
Translate business requirements into technical automation workflows.
Ensure high-quality, efficient, and reusable bots aligned with best practices and governance standards.
Support existing automation solutions -- troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance bot performance.
Conduct code reviews, maintain documentation, and provide knowledge transfer sessions.
Communicate effectively with

French-speaking business teams

across regions for requirements and delivery updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years

of overall IT experience with

3+ years

in RPA using

Automation Anywhere

.
Hands-on experience with

Automation Anywhere A360

(Cloud and On-Prem).
Strong understanding of RPA design principles, control room management, and bot lifecycle management.
Experience in

developing attended and unattended bots

, integrating APIs, and orchestrating workflows.
Familiarity with Python, SQL, or VBScript is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Fluent in both English and French

(oral and written).
Experience working in Agile environments preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

Certification in

Automation Anywhere Advanced or Master RPA Professional

.
Prior experience in

banking, insurance, or manufacturing

domains.
Exposure to other RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism) is an asset.
