We are in high growth mode and building for the future, which is where you come in!This is a part time role with two positions available:1) Mon to Thurs 12 am to 8 am ET2) Fri to Sun 12 am to 8 am ETThis role is $25 per hour.The router\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

  • Create and optimize routes based on different markets and merchants
  • Use software automation tools
  • Use heuristic methods to modify routes or make manual edits to improve optimization
  • Optimize routes based on route efficiency with respect to coverage and cost
  • Send booking emails or contact fleet/independent operators to correctly assign drivers and vehicles
  • Identify route issues, limitations and restrictions and report for improvement
  • Use cloud-based customer service platform called Front to send booking emails and check for instructions from customer service
  • Use Microsoft Office and/or Google suite to analyze data from routing tools and reports
  • Adapt to different routing methods and techniques with respect to dynamic changes in markets and/or merchants.
Skills and Experience
  • Must have prior experience in basic use of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Routing experience is an asset
  • Must be able to use Google or Apple maps online for reference and knowledge
  • Must be able to communicate and follow directions in English (French and/or Spanish is an asset)
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Able to independently work with limited supervision
  • Able to identify issues and have strong willingness to go above and beyond to come up with or propose solutions
  • Prior experience in a cloud based customer service platform is an asset
