Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers while ensuring exceptional service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Duties
Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated locations in a timely manner. Load, unload and install mats Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any discrepancies. Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation. Engage in heavy lifting as required when loading or unloading products.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience in commercial driving, with a valid Class 5 driver's license Familiarity with moving logistics and best practices for safe transportation of goods. Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely, adhering to ergonomic standards.
