Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This position involves both warehouse operations and driving responsibilities, ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with various warehouse equipment, contributing to a smooth workflow in our distribution center.

Duties

Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse machinery to load and unload products safely. Perform order picking tasks, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders. Maintain an organized warehouse environment by following established procedures for inventory management. Conduct regular inspections of equipment, including cranes and forklifts, to ensure safety and functionality. Assist in heavy lifting and moving of products throughout the warehouse as needed. Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and managing orders efficiently. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating cranes, forklifts, and reach trucks. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with warehouse work. Familiarity with warehouse distribution practices and order picking processes. Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
