The Opportunity:
We're looking for IRATA-certified Rope Access Wind Technicians with valid GWO certifications to join our operations in Alberta and Ontario. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with plenty of travel, team camaraderie, and a chance to grow into advanced roles within the company.
Whether you're on a wind turbine in Alberta or scaling structures in Ontario, your work will support renewable energy and industrial safety projects across the country.

What We're Looking For:
IRATA Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)
(or willing to undergo training)
Valid GWO (BST + ART + BTT) certifications
Trade experience: mechanical, electrical, welding, or construction
Strong communication & conflict resolution skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and team-driven
Willingness to travel and adapt to changing environments
Physically & mentally fit for work at height
Resilient and open to feedback, learning, and growth
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Execute rope access tasks on wind turbines and other vertical structures
Perform maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance duties
Set up, inspect, and take down equipment per IRATA/GWO standards
Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and daily job planning
Identify and report hazards while suggesting safer, more efficient practices
Uphold the reputation of Pacific Ropes through professionalism and reliability
