maintenance contract at LNG Canada
, the country's first LNG export facility, where we provide maintenance services using rope access technology.

Start date December 20, 2025
Position will be 40 hrs./week and possible overtime
Salary range $70.00 to 75.00/hr. depending on certifications
We are able to offer up to 3 months of temporary housing to assist with your relocation transition if required.

Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities
Lead and support welders, pipefitters, and rope access technicians across active job sites.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Conduct site visits, toolbox talks, and review JHAs and permits (rope access, hot work, confined space).
Coordinate logistics for crew travel, mobilization, and accommodations.
Track consumables, materials, and equipment to maintain readiness and efficiency.
Weekly Responsibilities
Perform site walk-throughs and safety inspections.
Review time tracking, project updates, and three-day lookaheads.
Support Project Managers with QA/QC documentation and cost tracking.
Verify compliance of rope access gear and PPE.
Lead or contribute to weekly safety and progress meetings.
Monthly Responsibilities
Oversee rope access gear inspections and certification renewals.
Review budgets and forecasts; track project spend against targets.
Manage shop inventory and place replenishment orders as needed.
Submit safety, compliance, and performance reports.
Conduct performance reviews and coordinate training or recertifications.
Requirements: IRATA Rope Access Certification preferred but not required
Extensive experience with Rope Access Industrial Services
Hands-on mechanical and industrial experience in complex environments
Multi-trade leadership, with experience managing and coordinating diverse teams
Project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and work execution
Welding expertise, including inspection, procedures, and fabrication practices
NDT certifications/experience considered an asset
Strong computer skills, including database management
