About the Role




We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on team member to assist in managing our Front Office and Night Audit operations. In this role, you will be at the heart of creating unforgettable guest experiences--ensuring every need is not just met, but exceeded.

What You'll Do



Some of the responsibilities include:



Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards during your shift. Support and enforce corporate policies, departmental procedures, and service standards. Deliver warm, professional guest interactions--resolving requests and complaints promptly. Supervise and mentor staff, assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management. Help manage payroll, labor costs, and departmental reporting to maximize efficiency and profitability. Promote a culture of safety, conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Represent the hotel in meetings when required and contribute to goal-setting and strategy development.

What You Bring



Minimum of one (1) year hotel experience Post-secondary degree in hospitality or Tourism Energetic and outgoing, with a positive attitude, driven to provide outstanding guest service. Familiarity with Canadian and provincial labour law. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of guests, employees and management. Excellent organizational, computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Very strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage a collective bargaining agreement

Salary Range

: 50,000 - 54,000 per annum
