Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laundry Attendant / Housekeeper to join our team! In this dual role, you will support our housekeeping department by ensuring that our linens, towels, and guest items are properly laundered and organized, as well as assisting in guest room upkeep. Responsibilities:

Laundry Duties:

Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store hotel linens and towels. Inspect laundered items for quality, identifying and re-washing any items as necessary. Operate laundry equipment safely and according to instructions. Maintain organization of the laundry room and ensure supplies are stocked. Report any issues with equipment or supplies to management.

Housekeeping Duties:

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and restocking amenities. Attend to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner. Report maintenance issues or lost and found items promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all housekeeping areas.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping roles is required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to lift and carry laundry loads up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work various days, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
