Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Previous experience in hotel cleaning, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. Duties

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Ensure all surfaces are spotless and meet cleanliness standards Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly Maintain a tidy and organized work area Assist with special cleaning projects as needed Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Prior hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
