Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to hospitality, and the ability to manage time effectively while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
• Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an orderly fashion.
• Cook simple meals as needed, adhering to dietary preferences or restrictions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all assigned areas.
• Communicate effectively in English to understand client requests and provide updates on cleaning status.
• Utilize time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Excellent hospitality skills to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for clients.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Basic cooking skills are a plus; familiarity with various cuisines is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (e.g., French).
• A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for client satisfaction.
