We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The Room Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and providing exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Duties
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established procedures.
Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and in good condition.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
Skills
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
