We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective outside sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients. You will leverage your negotiation skills and business development expertise to identify new opportunities and manage existing accounts, focusing on B2B sales within the technology sector. Duties
Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential growth areas.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about industry developments, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with marketing principles and their application in a sales context.
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and drive strategic decisions.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus.
Strong technical acumen related to technology sales and solutions.
