What You'll Do:

Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess their roofing and exterior needs Guide customers through the sales process with professionalism and care Conduct roof inspections and identify damage or improvement opportunities Close deals and follow up for referrals and positive reviews Build a referral network and attend marketing events to grow your pipeline Use CRM and mobile tools to manage quotes and client communication

You're a Fit If You Have:

2+ years in sales or customer service (construction or home improvement a plus) High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills The confidence to ask for the sale and follow through to close Comfort using ladders and inspecting exterior features A valid driver's license and clean record High school diploma or equivalent Tech-savviness with CRM or mobile business apps Self-motivation, organization, and a desire to grow long-term with a team
