The Laborer will assist in multiple projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks
Assist in carpentry projects, including framing, installation, and finishing work
Perform caulking duties to seal gaps and joints in structures
Engage in heavy lifting and moving materials as required
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
Support skilled tradespeople by preparing job sites and providing necessary materials
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety
Experience
Previous experience in construction or maintenance person roles is preferred
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential
Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday
Experience with blueprint reading will be considered a plus
