Job Description

Looking for an experienced Flat roofer to run a service crew. Would like candidates with 2-5 years or more experience. Looking for someone with a positive outlook and reliable. Fall Protection course and first aid required. Out of town work will be required from time to time. A good driving record is required. A company truck and gas card with be provided to the right candidate.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on the job site
- Read and interpret specifications to determine the scope of work
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets project requirements
- Provide guidance and training to workers on proper roofing techniques
- Inspect work sites regularly to identify any safety hazards or issues that need to be addressed
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the roofing industry, preference given to Journeyman roofers
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment commonly used in roofing projects
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively lead a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
