Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Roofing Production Foreman to lead a crew of 6-8 roofing technicians on new construction and re-roofing projects. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring job sites run efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You are not just leading the crew - you are representing Stybek and everything we stand for.

You are accountable for crew productivity, morale, and execution, and you set the tone through your leadership on and off the roof. This role demands proactive coordination with clients, site supervisors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a crew of 6-8 roofing technicians on new construction and re-roofing projects Coordinate daily site activity, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to safety protocols Oversee installation of a variety of flat roofing systems, ensuring accuracy and high workmanship standards Monitor crew performance, provide on-site training, and ensure a safe, respectful work environment Maintain clear communication with Project Managers and clients to address issues and ensure project clarity Document progress in our digital Roof+ system, track materials, and report on jobsite performance Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and team pride

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 7 years of commercial flat roofing experience, including 2+ years in a foreman or leadership role Proven ability to lead crews on new construction and re-roofing projects In-depth knowledge of BUR, TPO, PVC, EPDM, and torch and cold applied modified bitumen systems Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to safety and quality; knowledge of OHSA construction regulations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to manage demanding timelines and lead in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Experience:

Commercial Roofing Foreman: 2 years (required) single ply roofing: 1 year (preferred) BUR roofing: 1 year (preferred) modified bitumen roofing: 1 year (preferred) commercial roofing systems installation and repair: 5 years (required)
