We're looking for a reliable and skilled

Roofer/Sider

to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in roofing, siding, and general construction, with the ability to work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions. In this role, you'll install, repair, and maintain roofing and siding systems on multi-family buildings--delivering durable, high-quality results our clients can trust.

Key Responsibilities

Install roofing and siding using materials such as shingles, metal, and tile Repair or replace damaged materials to maintain structural integrity Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and prevent leaks Read and interpret blueprints and plans to meet project specifications Safely handle and lift roofing materials and equipment Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in roofing, siding, or general construction Valid

Fall Arrest certification

(required) Must have

own vehicle and hand tools

Familiarity with roofing tools, materials, and safety practices Strong understanding of basic carpentry principles (an asset) Comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy materials Prior maintenance experience is required
