We are seeking a skilled and dedicated worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs using various types of shingles, ensuring that all work meets safety standards and quality expectations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Install shingles on roofs according to specifications. Inspect roofs for damage and perform necessary repairs. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Apply caulking and other materials as needed to ensure waterproofing. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in the building of structures as required by project needs.

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools related to roofing and construction. Experience with heavy lifting, as the role requires moving materials up to 70 pounds. Background in carpentry or maintenance person services is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work at heights safely and effectively.
