Job Title: Roofer/Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various roofing projects, performing labor tasks, and ensuring the completion of projects in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and repair of roofs using hand tools and equipment
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required
- Work alongside carpenters to build and repair roof structures
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute roofing tasks accurately
- Apply caulking and other sealants to roofs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer/Laborer or similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading for roofing projects
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of using hand tools effectively
- Experience with caulking and sealant application is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with carpenters and other team members
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions accurately
