Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician, Shingle & Standing Seam Metal installers & Labourers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and maintenance person services, with the ability to perform a variety of tasks that require both technical skills and physical stamina. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and maintenance for their properties.

Duties

Perform general maintenance and repairs on various systems and structures. Utilize hand tools effectively for tasks such as carpentry, caulking, and other construction-related activities. Shingle removal & installation Standing Seam metal removal & installation Must be ok with heights, ladders, hot temperatures Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or improvements. Lift heavy materials and equipment as needed to complete tasks safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance person services or a related field, with a strong understanding of roofing for residential and commerical buildings Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites. Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
