Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Roofer/Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves working on residential projects, assisting with various construction tasks, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in roofing or general construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems on various types of buildings Use hand tools such as hammers, measuring tapes and saws to carry out roofing tasks Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, plywood, and other roofing components Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately

Experience

Prior experience with hand tools, construction, or carpentry is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently and efficiently. Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork Willingness to learn new skills on the job and adapt to different project requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
