We are looking for a skilled and dependable Roofer/Carpenter to join our growing team. You will be working on a variety of projects, from detailed residential carpentry to large-scale commercial roofing. This is a hands-on role that requires physical work, precision, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain roofs (shingle, metal, flat, etc.)

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, decking, and finish work

Operate power tools such as drills, saws, and nail guns

Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings

Maintain a safe and organized job site

Collaborate with team members and lead when necessary

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing and/or carpentry

Comfortable working with hand and power tools

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Good communication and teamwork skills

Leadership potential is a strong asset

Must be able to work on-site, including at heights and in various weather conditions
