Your expertise in blueprint reading and maintenance person experience will be essential in ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Install roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, and metal roofing materials. Repair and replace damaged roofs to ensure structural integrity and safety. Apply caulking and sealants to prevent leaks and enhance durability. Conduct inspections of roofs to identify issues and recommend solutions. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields. Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment specific to roofing tasks. Strong carpentry skills with an understanding of building codes and regulations. Ability to read blueprints accurately for project execution. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations and repairs. Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in home repair tasks.
