We are looking for both skilled and unskilled roofer to join our team. If you are unskilled, we will train you! We value our employees and are devoted to helping the right candidate develop their skill set.
What We Need From You:
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs
- Team player who is dependable and reliable
- Ability to abide by all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced and safe environment on both the roof and ground
- Prior roofing experience considered an asset
- Red Seal Ticket considered an asset
- Fall protection certification considered an asset
- First Aid Level 1 considered an asset

Some Daily Responsibilities:
- Site set up;
- Removing and disposing of old roofing materials
- Loading and unloading materials
- Job site clean-up
- Installation of a variety of roofing systems, including: Asphalt, Metal, Eco, Cedar and Flat
- Job leadership to new workers
