Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating roll-off trucks to transport waste and materials to designated locations. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving and heavy equipment operation, along with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Duties
Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently to transport waste and materials. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation and waste management. Assist in basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.
Qualifications
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Experience in commercial driving, particularly with roll-off trucks or similar heavy equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude for basic automotive repair tasks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Commitment to safety protocols and procedures at all times. Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 - 65 per week
