Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced

Roll-Off Truck Driver

to support our operations across the Ottawa region. This is a front-line role that plays a key part in ensuring the safe and timely pick-up, delivery, and disposal of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver, pick up, and empty bins at customer sites Secure all loads in accordance with safety and legal standards Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain clear communication with dispatch and operations staff Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and in good working condition Follow all MTO regulations, company procedures, and safety protocols Use sound mechanical judgment to identify and report maintenance issues

Qualifications:

Valid

AZ or DZ license

with a clean driver's abstract Minimum

3 years of driving experience

(roll-off experience is an asset) Strong knowledge of MTO compliance requirements, including CVOR, pre-trip inspections, and load securement Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on tasks in various weather conditions Mechanically inclined with a proactive attitude toward vehicle maintenance Reliable transportation to and from our yard (not accessible by public transit) Able to pass a criminal background check
