Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Meet customer service needs efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and protocols. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily. Drive to customer sites, load and secure bins, transport to transfer stations, and return bins as needed. Perform end-of-day check-ins to confirm accurate and complete paperwork. Ensure routes are completed safely and on schedule. Follow all required protocols while dumping loads at municipal recycling and waste facilities. Safely climb the truck ladder to tarp loads. Attach the Roll-Off hook to the bin, involving bending and lifting 25-50 pounds
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Valid AZ license and a clean Driver's Abstract. 1-2 years of experience driving an Roll-Off Vehicle 1 year AZ experience Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance. Excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities (both verbal and written). High level of integrity and a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Confident, consistent, and decisive personality. Manual dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

roll off: 1 year (preferred) Tractor-trailer: 2 years (preferred)
