About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Roll-Off Truck Driver

to join our team. The driver will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to transport waste and recycling containers between customer sites, transfer stations, and disposal facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Operate roll-off trucks (including

manual transmission

) in a safe and efficient manner. Pick up and deliver waste/recycling bins and containers to designated locations. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and complete required paperwork. Ensure loads are secured and comply with weight restrictions. Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and WSIB/transport regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and service updates. Maintain a clean and professional vehicle at all times.
Requirements

Valid

AZ or DZ Driver's License

with a clean abstract and CVOR. Minimum

3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience

. Prior experience operating

roll-off trucks with manual transmission

is required. Strong knowledge of road safety, load securement, and transportation compliance. Ability to perform physical work, including securing bins and occasional lifting. Good communication and customer service skills.
