Rogers Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

Present service offerings clearly and persuasively, emphasizing value and business impact Act as the primary contact for customers, engaging through targeted outreach and inquiries Assess individualized needs and recommend tailored internet and wireless solutions to boost operations Address questions and objections to close sales and guide clients through enrollment Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs for new business customer acquisition Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions to support service delivery Stay current on products, promotions, and business tech trends through ongoing training

Rogers Sales Advisor Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; upper-level coursework is desired 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence Active listener with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach to customer needs Quick thinker with solid problem-solving skills in fast-paced sales environments Goal-driven with a strong customer service focus and desire to exceed target goals
