The Job

Be a brand ambassador for Rogers and be excited to share your knowledge of our products with all customers. Connect and build a relationship with a variety of customers by asking the right qualifying questions and coming up with a complete customer solution based on their lifestyle needs. Sell our complete lineup of products and hit monthly and quarterly sales targets. Strive to provide best in class customer service and exceed customer expectations with every interaction.

You are passionate about helping others and work hard to find a solution to any problem, large or small. You are self-motivated and always looking to develop yourself personally and professionally. You are highly competitive and are looking for a job that offers commission and bonus incentives. You are outgoing and energetic. You are not afraid of rejection and love to get the sale! Retail Experience is an asset but not a requirement.
