The Opportunity



This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a technical expert who loves seeing a project come to life. You will take robotic systems "out of the box" and perform full setup, configuration, and programming. You will be the go-to person for ensuring robotic systems and PLC logic are integrated seamlessly and performing at peak efficiency.

This role combines hands-on physical integration with advanced programming and is ideal for candidates with robotics and automation experience.

Key Responsibilities



Robotic Setup & Commissioning



Perform "out of the box" setup, configuration, and commissioning of robotic units. Ensure mechanical and electrical systems are integrated correctly with robots.

Programming & Integration



Write, test, and debug complex robotic programs and PLC logic. Ensure robots and PLCs communicate effectively within larger automation systems.

Troubleshooting & Optimization



Diagnose technical issues and implement programming or logic adjustments to improve cycle times and system reliability.

Collaboration & Documentation



Work closely with mechanical and production teams to ensure hardware and software alignment. Maintain clear documentation of programs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in industrial robotics programming (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA) and PLC integration. Hands-on experience performing robot commissioning and physical system setup. Experience in an automation, robotics, or integration environment. Logical problem-solving approach with ability to optimize systems. Comfortable working independently on complex automation systems.
