Vacant Position: Robotics Instructor (Specialized in Early Childhood Education) Job Location: Markham, Ontario Salary: $20 to $25 per hour Job type: part-time and full-time Schedule: flexible, to be discussed upon interview Expected start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Deliver STEM-oriented instructions through project-based learning methods
- Facilitate a safe and orderly learning environment with reasonable classroom rules and interact with students in a compassionate manner
- Monitor the learning progress and accomplishments of students through various assessment methods on a regular basis
- Provide feedback about the student\xe2\x80\x99s performance to the parents and communicate timely with the management team to further customize individualized learning plans for students
- Assist with the development of new robotics/coding projects, lessons and curriculum
- Early Childhood Education diploma from a recognized College
- 1 year of teaching experience or work experience in the field of early childhood education
- Passionate about working with children ages 4 and up
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Salary may increase based on experiences and qualifications
- Coach for Robotics competition teams may receive bonus pay
- May require paid training before official start date
- Lunch is covered for all on-site instructors teaching weekend programs and summer camps
