KeyTree Property Management Inc. specializes in commercial real estate, particularly in leasehold and industrial condominium management throughout the Greater Toronto Area, and specializing in properties located in Brampton, Ontario.

Job Type - Full time - On the Road at multiple Sites across Brampton, and the GTA.

We are seeking a Roaming Building Operator to join our team with a diverse skill set in facilities maintenance and be capable of performing a variety of basic repair and maintenance tasks. This role requires the ability to work independently while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively across a portfolio of buildings.

Responsibilities

Identify and resolve general maintenance issues and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems. Conduct regular site inspection (roof, fire sprinklers, etc.) Communicate with Unit Owners on their construction project updates. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met. Respond to "off hours" emergency, as required and to be on scheduled "on call" as well as, provide essential services coverage during site shutdowns and Statutory Holidays. Foster and maintain positive tenant relations and be professional in appearance and always conduct. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Strong mechanical knowledge related to building systems and operations. Experience in facilities maintenance or property management. Basic electrical skills and familiarity with HVAC systems. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Valid Ontario Driver's license and reliable vehicle

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
