Position Overview:



Reporting to the Road Service Manager, Road Service RV Technicians are responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on RV units in accordance with dealer and manufacturer quality standards. Technicians are accountable for the work they perform and are expected to supply their own tools. The Road Service RV Technician role is seasonal, typically running from May through November, with significant opportunities for overtime during peak periods.

This position is based out of the Headingley, MB area. Given the wide range of RV systems and components, comprehensive training will be provided during the first few months of employment. Training is anticipated to begin in January or February 2026 to prepare technicians for the busy RV service season starting in May.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Examine overall operational integrity and condition of the RV units. Find defective or worn out mechanical or electrical parts, then communicating and executing next steps for repair solutions to the customer. Ensure you obtain sufficient information to order parts correctly. Document and analyze breakdowns based on standard procedures. As a technician, you are the front-line contact between Four Seasons and the customer, so you are comfortable with client contact as well as being technical savvy. Operate and maintain service van in a safe and responsible manner. Protect and control inventory in service van. Make sure all repairs are invoiced through Four Seasons and handed in weekly. Maintain customer relations. Furnish own tools essential for the job. Ensure all paperwork is complete with all descriptions of repairs written on work order. Email all repair resolutions back to the Road Service Writer so they can be entered on the appropriate work orders. Ensure good communication maintained with Road Tech Support. Use your time wisely and be productive, while working independently. Enter technician notes into the dealership software mobile app. Complete assigned work as efficiently as possible to satisfactory completion. Available for on call duties some weekends & evenings. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Core Competencies and Qualifications:



Minimum of 2 years' experience in general mechanical, technical, or electrical repair. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Highly accountable, dependable, and committed to quality work.

Pay: $35.00 per hour
