Nikali Clinic, located in downtown Toronto, is new high-tech pain and functional medicine clinic. The premier clinical environment for pain treatment and health promotion. We are seeking for a CNO registered nurse or Registered Practical Nurse who shares our passion for providing our community with compassion, professional and respectful care.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to advance Nikali clinic mission of building a connected healthcare experience by helping to scale the Clinical Operations department. Reporting to the Medical Director and Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in running the day-to-day operations for the clinic platforms as well as assist with select strategic projects and clinical implementations.

Responsibilities:

Administer medication (IV, IM, and SC) at the skilled clinic environment, as well as document and report on all activities as required by protocols.

provide patient education based on the procedures.

Coordinate daily with patients, case managers, physicians, scheduling, and other departments to fulfill set timeframes for appointment scheduling, treatment, and information transmission.

Consult with medical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology clients about product education and implementation.

Follow the professional nursing standards established by professional associations and the employer.

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary health care team to provide oversight and delegation of relevant duties to RPN as approved by the provincial college of nurses.

Manage the inventory of medical supplies and keep track of orders.

As needed, perform relevant jobs and tasks.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

RN/RPN who has a valid license from CNO.

BLS certification.

Experience as a RN or RPN for at least one year is an asset.

Experience with IV start-up and infusion practice is an asset.

Experience in cosmetic medicine is an asset. This service is a new addition to our clinic. Willing to participate in building up this new service is an asset.

Flexibility in order to provide services for both pre-scheduled and last-minute patient appointment requests.

Excellent customer service abilities while interacting with patients, doctors, and clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Capable of working alone with limited supervision

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
