Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition, implementing appropriate interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with complex needs. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management and treatment options. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations..
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in wound care, BT, IC intermittent catheterization. Familiarity with medical terminology and medication administration protocols. Experience in home care or nursing home settings is a plus.

Pay: $53.29-$63.88 per hour
