This position requires travel throughout Niagara Region for client visits.\xc2\xb7 This position utilizes a wide range of clinical skills, including but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching towards chronic disease prevention.\xc2\xb7 As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship, and preceptorship programs.\xc2\xb7 You will teach and delegate tasks and functions to various levels of staff and client family members while maintaining our industry\xe2\x80\x99s highest level of practice.\xc2\xb7 You are the nursing care expert for your community.
