The Nest Health is growing and seeking to add a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. Our current RMT is booking out a month in advance, and we maintain a waitlist of clients eager for care, giving the right candidate the opportunity to quickly build a full and rewarding caseload. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on client care and health improvement.
We are a women's health clinic dedicated to bringing healthcare services under one roof to women and children in this growing community. Our mission is to support women throughout the many stages of motherhood, from preconception/fertility support, pregnancy care, to postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond. We also provide high-quality pediatric care, so experience working with little ones is an asset.
Requirements:
a licensed massage therapist with the CMTO

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop customized massage therapy treatment plans.
Perform professional massage techniques to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve mobility.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices.
Schedule appointments, manage client flow efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.
Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.
Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and anatomy.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and explain treatment procedures.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach to client care.
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and adherence to safety protocols.
