We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. Duties

Perform professional massage therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment plans Assess clients' health history and discuss their wellness goals before each session Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with regulatory standards Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation protocols Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service Stay current with industry best practices, techniques, and continuing education requirements

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or similar role in a clinical or spa setting Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and anatomy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for massage therapists Prior experience working with diverse client populations is preferred but not mandatory

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$80.00 per hour
