We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality massage therapy services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication abilities to create a positive experience for clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and health histories to tailor massage treatments accordingly. Perform various types of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in accordance with clinic policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to provide comprehensive care.

Skills

Proficient in medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals. Strong customer service skills to ensure a welcoming environment for all clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their individual needs for personalized treatment plans. Knowledge of various massage techniques and an understanding of anatomy and physiology. Pay: $70.00-$85.00 per hour
