Master regulations for Front, Middle, and Back Offices in Supply & Trading.
Conduct risk assessments and analyze trading activities for Senior Management.
Deliver comprehensive compliance education to client employees.
Manage compliance relationships, advise on issues, and escalate high-profile cases.
Review and submit forms to regulators, collaborate on policy enhancements.
Respond to inquiries, provide compliance consultation, and ensure policy effectiveness.
Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commodities middle office, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements for Supply & Trading Activities in North American energy.
Experience with Allegro (ETRM) preferred.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and navigate ambiguity.
Strong interpersonal leadership skills, demonstrating a proven ability to build consensus.
Proven business acumen with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and evolving work environment.
Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Employment Details

Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Permanent, Full Time
Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
