Story Behind The Need:

• Reason for request/why opened: New project
• Scope of Project: 20-30 % interaction with stakeholders
• Team Size/Culture: 6 members

Candidate Profile Details:

• Degree/Certifications Required: Bachelor's degree - master's degree (preferable)
• Years of Overall Experience: 2-5 years of experience - 2 if cand has a solid background
• Ideal Candidate Background: Learn some production work, will be working closely with the team, will be assigned new projects
• How will performance be measured: Feedback from team members/stakeholders - deliver task on time

Summary Of Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Work on some project and task
• Working on reports - see if they have any movements
• Looking at some emails from stakeholders
• When get more familiar will be assigned for more projects

Must-Have Hard Skills:

• 2-5 years prior capital markets work experience primarily focused on counter party credit risk is required.
• Knowledge of Basel III, FINRA 4210, and emerging regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree specializing in finance, risk management, or other quantitative discipline.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong quantitative background and experience producing analytical reports.
• Knowledge in data processing techniques and their application to management control information systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Risk

• Detailed oriented
• Self-study skills
• Good Communication skills

Nice-To-Have:

• Work independently
• CFA / FRM candidates preferred - working towards CFA/FRM is accepted too.
• A master's degree in finance, risk management, or other quantitative discipline is an asset
