As a

Personal Insurance Representative

, you will play a key role in servicing and retention of a growing business. You will work closely with the sales team as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations and support on home, auto and other personal insurance products, ensuring that professional services are delivered to each client

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional advice and support to clients.

Inbound service calls

Manage walk-in client visits.

Manage renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.

Quote and remarket auto and home renewal policies.

Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.

Maintain strong relationship with clients and insurers.

Utilize brokerage management systems and insurer portals to keep accurate policy records.

Resolve client concerns.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures.

Qualifications:

RIBO License

in good standing (Registered Insurance Brokers Ontario)

1-2 years experience in personal lines customer service

Industry knowledge

Experience with insurance company portals and quoting systems.

Excellent verbal, written skills and people skills.

Proficient with brokerage systems and ability to navigate multiple screens and platforms.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a demanding environment.

Self- motivated and resourceful with a desire to learn new systems and procedures.
