Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and customized insurance solutions to personal and commercial clients Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications accurately Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements Drive sales growth and collaborate with the team to achieve targets

Qualifications

Valid RIBO license

(active and in good standing) Minimum

2 years of experience

in personal or commercial insurance Equivalent experience considered; internationally trained professionals encouraged to apply Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Familiarity with insurance management systems (e.g.,

Applied Epic, Rating Services, and carrier portals

) Must reside in Windsor/Essex Region and be available to work onsite
