The Opportunity:
We're looking for a motivated, licensed insurance broker to join our team. You'll have access to strong carrier relationships, full marketing support, and growth opportunities. The role can be structured as
commission-only
or
commission + base salary
, depending on experience and production level.
What You'll Do:
Quote and place personal and/or commercial insurance policies
Manage renewals and policy changes
Build and maintain client relationships
Identify cross-selling opportunities (home, auto, life, commercial, etc.)
Provide professional, timely service and follow-up
What We're Looking For:
RIBO or equivalent license required
Minimum 1 year of brokerage experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a desire to grow income through performance
Experience with SIG, PowerBroker, or other brokerage management systems is an asset
Compensation:
Flexible structure: commission-only or commission + salary
Bonuses for new business and renewals

Location:
Hybrid/Remote options available (Ontario-based preferred)
