• 7 years' experience as a Project Manager delivering process improvement and patient safety healthcare initiatives that directly impact patient care. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 5 years' experience working with large teams of clinical stakeholders (50+) including front line clinicians, physicians, senior managers and executive leaders to implement clinical transformation projects with a provincial scope. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 5 years' experience creating communications strategies, plans, and key messaging for large scale organizational changes. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include experience relating to Children's healthcare. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 3 years' experience leading community health and primary care projects focused on improving healthcare outcomes. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 1 year of experience providing project management to improve physician administrative burden. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 1 year. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
